The Narrows Restaurant brings the unique sights and sounds of the Eastern Shore to each of its guests. Traditional oyster, clam and crab workboats ply the waters of Kent Narrows daily among flocks of ducks, swans and migrating geese. The Narrows Crab Cakes
The Narrows Restaurant– Grasonville, MD
- 1 lb. Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
- 1 tbls. Fine Cracker Meal
- 1 dash Worcestershire
- 1 dash Tabasco
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbls. Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 3-4 tbls. Mayonnaise (heaviest available)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Place crabmeat in bowl and pick through to remove any shells. Gently mix cracker meal and crabmeat together.
Mix remaining ingredients and seasonings together in a bowl. Fold wet mixture into crabmeat. Using ice cream scoop, scoop out mixture onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake in very hot oven 450/500 degrees until hot and lightly browned. Approximately 5-7 minutes.
