First Day Hikes 2021 in Queen Anne’s County

Kick off the New Year at the Wye Island Natural Resources Management Area with self guided First Day Hikes 2021! Put on some warm clothes, lace up those hiking boots, leash up your pup and enjoy the Ferry Point/Jack-in-the-Pulpit Trails. These easy 1.5 mile out-and-back hikes take you through a canopy of Osage Orange trees leading to a small beach on the Wye River.

Maryland State Parks is hosting self-guided hike opportunities across the state from January 1-3, 2021.
