Vino Vinyasa with Lindsay Cook at Love Point Vineyards

A 60 minute Vinyasa flow at Love Point Vineyard – led by Lindsay Cook.
Class is outside on the patio or on the lawn facing the water.
Practicing mindfulness through your practice, and mindfully tasting what’s in your
glass. Once Vinyasa flow is over enjoy a wine tasting from Love Point on the patio or on the lawn.
