Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest in Historic Stevensville hosted and sponsored by Tasty Toucan on Saturday, September 25th from 9am to 3pm.

 Schedule:

9am-10am: Artists/art groups check in outside Tasty Toucan.

10 am-2pm: Artists/art groups will create their masterpieces. (Individuals are welcome to come view the artists at work) 2 pm: View the artwork & cast your vote for people’s choice.

3 pm: Winners Announced!

Here are the rules:

1️⃣ Washable chalk ONLY

2️⃣ Designs must not exceed beyond designated 4’x4′ square

3️⃣ Artwork must be appropriate for public viewing by all ages

4️⃣ NO political messages, words/symbols intended as advertising

5️⃣ Photos will be taken. Tasty Toucan reserves the right to use photographs for marketing, promotion and publicity purposes

6️⃣ Organizers have the right to disqualify/remove any inappropriate art or writing as they deem necessary

7️⃣ Spaces will be assigned on first come first served basis

8️⃣ Official judging based on first impression, creativity, originality, skill and use of color. Decision of the judges are final.

Spectators will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite piece of art work in the People’s Choice Category.

Chalk will be provided or you may bring your own. No entry fee and no preregistration needed
