Rockin’ The Porch

On Sunday October 6th, the Queen Anne’s County Arts Council will host its inaugural porch party called Rockin’ the Porch. Our event will take place from 2-6PM, following the Centreville Farmers Market. The event will be free and open to all who wish to attend. We will have 7 “stages” including historic homes, the arts council, the lawn at St. Paul’s Church, and the town square.
Our porch partners have agreed to host a variety of musical genres to draw a diverse audience: jazz, blues, party rock, country rock, contemporary, Latin and orchestral sounds, with a rhythm and blues grand finale on the courthouse square.
We are currently seeking sponsors and volunteers to help make this event a success for our community. If you are interested in either opportunity, please message us, or email [email protected].
