The Delmarva Dash is a two-day 200 mile team relay race organized by the Delmarva Dash Foundation to benefit the Nemours Fund for Children’s Health and A.I. Dupont Hospital for Children.

Starting on Friday morning, April 17, 2020, at Nemours A. I. Dupont Hospital for Children in Wilmington 12-runner teams will race from there, around upper New Castle County, Delaware through the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the afternoon and evening, back across Southern Delaware to Cape Henlopen overnight and into Saturday morning, and then down along the Atlantic Ocean, finishing on Saturday afternoon, April 18, 2020 at the Indian River Inlet in Delaware Seashore State Park in Bethany Beach, Delaware, with a big post-race barbeque and party at the Big Chill Beach Club for all of the runners, their families and friends and the kids.
