The Attack Today High School Off-Season Training at Kent Island High School.  Training in the off season is a great way for high school athletes to stay in peak condition.  This camp is meant to help athletes to become more agile, explosive and properly conditioned.  Dates – June 20,21,24. and July 11,12,15.  Go to www.parksnrec.org for more information.

$60 per week.  Ages 14+  This camp is for all athletes no matter the sport or gender.
