Stevensville Bank Building

Stevensville Bank Building

The first banking enterprise on the island came in 1903. The Stevensville Bank is the oldest bank building on Kent Island and one of the earliest surviving in the county. Its classic architectural details, pressed tin ceiling and intact furnishings and vault helped to place it on the National Register of Historic Places. The bank is open for touring the 1st Saturday of every month April – November from 12-4pm.
