Kent Island Water Trails
Stevensville/Chester/Grasonville
The Maryland Department of Natural Resources and Queen Anne’s County have created a water trails map and guide to lead paddlers along six separate water trail routes in the Kent Island area of Queen Anne’s County. The colorful guide, printed on waterproof, tear-proof paper, was designed primarily for those touring by small, non-motorized boats, such as kayaks and canoes, but also provides information on motorized recreational boating access sites in the area.
The map and guide features practical information and details on access points and paddling routes along the Chesapeake Bay, Eastern Bay, Chester River, Prospect Bay, Thompson Creek, and Warehouse Creek.
