Location is crucial! Our contemporary homes boasting expansive yards are nestled in Queen Anne’s County on Kent Island. With easy access to Kent Narrows, Chester, Queenstown, Easton, Annapolis, St. Michaels, Washington DC, Baltimore, Ocean City, as well as all the local wedding venues, seafood restaurants, and tiki bars, our settings are unparalleled. Whatever brings you here, whether it’s a getaway with friends, attending a wedding, hosting intimate family gatherings or small corporate retreats, enjoying fishing or crabbing at nearby marinas or piers, hitting the golf course nearby, or anything else, our homes are designed to accommodate every occasion.
The side-by-side KI Beach House and KI Beach House 2 (each sleeps 8-10 comfortably) offer water views of the Chesapeake Bay and are right across from the Kentmorr Beach Bar and Grill & Kentmorr Marina. Additionally, we manage another waterfront Airbnb in the area with a pool and pier that sleeps/allows up to 10 guests.
