On April 16th, Where the Water Narrows takes over our waterfront dining room. Seven courses. The stories of the Kent Narrows — told course by course by Kent Island songwriter, storyteller, and historian J. Coursey Willis.

First Course
Oysters on the Half Shell – McKinney’s Island oysters, hogwashed and champagne mignonette
Paired with Champagne
Second Course
Smoked Eel Maki – Smoked eel, avocado, cucumber, tobiko, sushi rice
Third Course
Salad of Nuts & Berries – Field greens, Gorgonzola, toasted pecans, fresh berries, tomato basil vinaigrette
Paired with a Berry Hugo Spritz — fresh berries, St. Germain, Prosecco
Fourth Course
Drunken Crab Ball – Jumbo lump crab, cream of crab, rendered bacon, scallions, Old Bay
Fifth Course
Roasted Duck Quarter – Over parmesan polenta, creamy cucumber and red onion salad, herb oil

Sixth Course
Trio of Fried Oysters – Three oysters, three ways — caviar & crème fraîche · truffle aioli & chives · peppadew aioli & sweet teardrop pepper
Seventh Course
Mousse over the Narrows – Twin milk chocolate boxes bridged by white chocolate spans, filled with white chocolate mousse, & pooled with raspberry sauce
Paired with a Narrows Coffee — a family recipe of orange and chocolate liqueur
